I have a history of eating a lot of fast food, and I got away with it up until about two years ago, when I started putting on weight from it. As a kid and teenager, I was always on the go with dance and figure skating and had to eat on the road daily, and fast food was cheap and well, fast. The odd thing was that these are two of the most popular sports/arts for eating disorders to show up, and here I was stuffing my face at McDonald’s, Wendy’s, etc. Ayee. Now as an 18-year-old, I’m stuck trying to reteach myself how eat the right foods and portions, which is reeeaally difficult. Old habits die hard, my friends.
